The Operations Manager Role:
We are looking for an experienced manager with an eye for detail and a passion for excellence, to oversee, develop and improve the performance of the business as it grows.
You will have a wide-ranging remit to ensure the success and efficient management of all departments, and to support and influence the strategic direction of the company. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be expected to take a high level of personal responsibility for planning and managing yourself and your departments.
Key tasks:
+ Create and implement an operations plan to drive the success of the business
+ Improve the efficiency of the business across all departments
+ Maintain and improve the company's market-leading position, through new innovation
+ Team leader performance management, 1:2:1s and appraisals
+ Process analysis and optimisation
+ Specify IT projects and manage their implementation
+ Continually improve business performance and profitability
The successful candidate will:
+ Have 8+ years' experience of operations manager
+ Be able to manage and motivate team leaders to meet business targets
+ Be commercially focused
+ Be self-managed and driven to continually improve
+ Be an excellent communicator with an ability to inspire and influence
+ Have Excel, reporting and data analysis experience
+ Be disciplined and well organised
