Your New Job Title: Mandarin speaking Officer of IT

Reporting to: Head of IT
Position Summary
IT
- Evaluating, monitoring and maintaining the IT system operation.
- Developing annual Information Security Report and Information Security and Training
- Plan to ensure the cybersecurity level to meet requirements.
- Developing the IT system operational resilience capability.
- Coordinating with Head Office, vendors and contractors.
General Affairs
- Responsible for the day to day organisation of the site administrative tasks.
- Taking care of Health and Safety, facility management and office supplies.
- Office expenses management and the reports.
What You'll be Doing Each Day:
- Managing daily operations of IT Department
- Preparing periodical check or reports
- Responsible for the review of IT related policies
- Conducting disaster recovery rehearsal
- Coordinating with third party to conduct penetration test and vulnerability test on the system once a year.
- Conducting incident response plan rehearsal once a year.
- Performing weekly file server backup.
- Implementing IT training plan.
- Preparing IT related reports.
- Assisting with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use.
- Maintaining system privileges for all employee.
- Assisting video conference setup.
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Relevant IT knowledge and experience, ideally in banking/finance;
- Previous IT support experience of handling IT issues from colleagues in the daily work;
- Previous day to day organisation of the site administrative experience;
- Self-motivated, reliable, dedicated and flexible;
- Well organised with good time management and multi-tasking skills;
- Proficient in English and Mandarin language skills.
Job status : Permanent
Start date : ASAP
Working hours : 9-5
