A litigation paralegal is sought to directly assist a Partner and Solicitor of this developing commercial legal practice. Candidates will have either and LLB / LPC or a background in commercial litigation and must have strong academics. There is the opportunity to obtain a training contract for the right candidate.

The Role:

The team advises on a wide range of matters including:

  • commercial litigation,
  • debt recovery,
  • professional negligence,
  • family,
  • employment,
  • insolvency,
  • property litigation,
  • contentious probate,
  • contentious intellectual property disputes,
  • data protection

You will have direct contact with the Partner and a real opportunity to build your experience.
