One of our clients who are a leading FM provider are currently looking to recruit a new Multi Skilled Engineer (Plumbing/Mechanical Bias) to join their team based in Crawley. The main purpose of the role is to carry out planned and reactive M&E maintenance tasks during normal working hours within a commercial/corporate environment with an opportunity to go permanent.

Contract Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• To carry out planned preventative maintenance in accordance with site maintenance specification.
• Deal effectively and safely with breakdowns and damage to assets etc.
• Ensure that all reactive and maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard within the contracted SLA's.
• Carry out all relevant checks at agreed timescales in accordance with the site contract specifications.
• Maintain accurate site records/documentation in association with all site works.
• Provide a client-facing interface to ensure a high level of communication is delivered to the client.

Experience/ Qualifications Required:

• Qualified Engineer (Plumbing/Mechanical Bias)
• Multi Skilled
• Able to pass Security Checks
• Experience of building and facilities maintenance.
