About the role - Behaviour Mentor

I am working with this secondary school based in Uxbridge who are looking for a Behaviour Mentor for an immediate start on a full time basis. The school is based just a short bus ride from West Drayton station. For this post, you must have experience working with children in both primary and secondary phases, as well as have previous experience dealing with challenging behaviour. You do not have to have experience as a Behaviour Mentor, however, it is preferred as you will be providing in class support as well as mentoring on a 1:2:1 basis.
