Contract: Permanent
Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP27,400

My client in Blackpool is a further and higher education provider who are on the lookout for an experienced Infrastructure Analyst to come on board on a full-time permanent basis to be responsible for incident response and carrying out IT Infrastructure changes. Other responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting and resolution of Infrastructure incidents and requests
- Resolve incidents according to SLA's
- Disaster recovery
- Stakeholder communication
- Documentation
- Provide Support Service
- IT Infrastructure improvements
- Operational reports to Infrastructure Lead
- Comply with Asset Management procedures
