Senior Support Worker - Weston Super Mare, BS23 1EE
We are looking to recruit a Senior Support Worker for our client's fabulous care home based in Weston Super Mare. You will be dedicated and enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile
The position will be 33 hours a week, working alternate weekends
Wage is GBP8.75 per hour
Our client provides high quality care and accommodation for adults with mental health difficulties and the focus will be on supporting individuals towards greater independence.
We are looking for people who have:
- Experience in health and social care and working with people with mental illness or complex needs
- Have good communication skills, be positive and patient!
- Create solutions to overcome challenges and have a 'can-do' attitude
- Must have experience in mental health
- Ability to lead a shift in the absence of management
- NVQ Level 2 or above is essential for the role
- Medication Training essential
