Permanent Role - Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

We are looking for Office and Project Support Coordinator to join our successful team within an Electrical Trade Wholesaler based out of Bristol.

Contracted to 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday
Shift times: 8am - 5pm
No bank holiday working required
Benefits: Pension scheme, Life assurance, 25 days holidayAs an Office & Project Support Coordinator , you will use your excellent organisational skills to support the office will all administration duties, attention to detail is key as you will be responsible for creating, coordinating and managing all project trackers to ensure senior leadership team are kept up to date.

You will also need to be able to prioritise your workload as you will often be working/supporting on many projects at one time. You will need to be self-motivated, a great commutator to keep projects on track and assertive to ensure projects run to time.

The Role:

Creation of a Project Tracker document and ongoing coordination of key activity and maintenance of the tracker and project activity across the business network
Chasing and negotiating deadlines with SLT members and providing update reports on Project progress
Providing Administrative support to SLT's , including arranging meetings, hotel bookings and Expense claims for Sales Director
Leading on annual/quarterly conferences
HR Project support, administration and management of key activity around engagement such as Leaders that Listen and Welcome Day workshops throughout the yea
Providing system administration support
Co-ordinating any site requirements for the Support Centre e.g. fobs, broken gate, faulty ventilation, etc
Organising milk and fruit deliveries
Answering inbound call to main office number
Barclaycard Office expenses
Admin support to Marketing department and Digital including ordering Marketing materials, picking & packing posting elements to branch, arranging branch incentive rewards
Manage charity liaison and supporting activity for the office and network
Raising RXs on the GNFR portalThe Person:

Raising RXs on the GNFR portal
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage conflicting commitments and push back where needed
Customer focused
Digitally able - to pick up systems and support as needed
Ability to assess and manage workload and priorities
Excellent organisational skills
Effective stakeholder management skills
