Aspiring Trafficking Outreach Worker Dorking - This LSA role applies to Graduates, particualrly Law, Criminology and Psychology graduates who need experience working with vulnerable students in preperation for Humanitarian and outreach work.

This LSA role is in all boys school from a range of different contexts and backgrounds, between the ages of 9-16. They all ahve an EHCP for their Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs and Wellness issues. There will be a huge amount of anti social behaviour on display, a lot of the boys will have been through traumas. tehre will be correlations with the future work you wish to do.

You need to build a skin to for these environments, seeing and handling anti social behaviour, witnessing and reporting your first safe guarding concerns. This LSA role could be wonderful,it will also have some awful, harrowing days. That's the nature of working and raising attainment for some of society's most vulnerable students.

This experience will give you experience in seeing, then identifying the risks and needs of victims of abuse, both physical and emotional, for example. These skills will cross over into being an Aspiring Anti-Human Trafficking Outreach Worker Wandsworth

This is a very challenging role, any experience of working with charities like Hestia and Nacro would be of real interest. This LSA role of working within a Pupil Referral Unit and aiding victims with the trauma of rape, sexual abuse or domestic slavery will be a real help. Education and Training is crucial in Wandsworth

This LSA role is also suitable if you are a graduate who is as an aspiring Youth Justice Officer or looking to be in the field of Outreach Work!

Key Responsibilities: Keeping service users and their children safe, empowering the students, promoting safeguarding, for example.
