Work
As a Real Estate Disputes Associate, you will use your experience and expertise to advise clients on risk/asset management at a pre-action stage as well as advising on a variety of property related disputes, including mediations, arbitrations as well as contested litigation. We provide real estate disputes advice to commercial property institutions, banks, investment companies and high net worth individuals.

With a varied workload, you can expect to become involved in all or any of the following:
- All aspects of commercial landlord and tenant disputes

- Claimant property professional negligence claims
- Land Registry disputes
Requirements
We are looking for individuals who have developed themselves and their capabilities, coupled with strong commercial and legal potential. You will have recent and relevant work experience focused on real estate litigation. As an Associate, you will be responsible for achieving your own personal benchmarks and supporting those, you are supervising to achieve theirs too. You will be a strong team player, able to manage a complex and varied workload effectively, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and be self-motivated.
