Meridian is currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to work for one our clients in Taunton within the walking distance from the town centre.

The successful candidate will be a part of a friendly team where they will have an opportunity to progress in their role. Great communication skills are essential in this position, that including telephone and email communication as well as liaising with Section Leaders, Senior Management and work colleagues.

Main responsibilities:

- Reception duties

- Post and filing

- Goods receiving and dispatch

- Stock and stationary control

- Entering sales orders

- Raising purchase orders

- Other duties requested from time to time by the Directors or your Section Leader

This is a temp to perm role after successfully completing 12 weeks trial period.

Hours of work will be between 8.45 - 16.45, working 35 hours a week, paying GBP9.00-GBP10.00 per hour depending on experience.
