Would you like to join a fast-paced, upbeat manufacturing team as their new Customer Service Team Leader?
We are recruiting the position on a '3 Month Contract' initially, if successful in the initial three months; the role will then transfer into a permanent contract.
Enable Futures are operating as an employment business on behalf of its client for a Customer Service Team Leader (3 month contract) based in Bridgwater, Somerset. As the Customer Service Team Leader, you will manage and motivate a smaller team of four, representing the company to a high standard. We, therefore, require previous customer service experience, team leader/management experience within a commercial office environment.
The working hours are either 8.00 am-5.00 pm, or 7.30 am - 4.30 pm Monday to Friday with a one-hour lunch break. The annual salary is GBP25,000, PA.
You will join an organisation in the manufacturing industry, currently going through a period of growth. Previous team leader/management experience is essential, and we are seeking someone upbeat, positive and outgoing! You will lead, motivate and inspire the sales administration team, enabling them to perform and have fun at the same time!
Key Responsibilities:
* Getting in before your team who arrive at 8.30 am daily, to go over emails and plan the day ready.
* Holding morning meetings to set up the day, organise the workload and priorities of the sales administration team & environment.
* Assisting the management team & directors with daily tasks.
* Working daily to deadlines and having fun at the same time, with your team of four experienced Sales Administrators.
* The sales & customer service team are responsible for processing orders, stock updating, and general customer queries.
* Using and updating the in-house CRM system, reports for senior management.
* Working with your team in dealing with client queries and quotes efficiently and with a smile.
* Always going above and beyond to provide an outstanding service to clients at all times.
* Leading by example.
Experience, attributes & skills sought:
* Previous team leader/management experience.
* Previous customer service experience within a commercial office environment and not retail.
* Coaching skills.
* You have a friendly, helpful and willing team to lead who require a supportive team leader to look after their career development.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* IT literate with MS Office including Excel, Word & Outlook.
* We are looking for a team player; a leader used to working under pressure and to time frames.
