Start Date: Monday 5th October and Monday 12th October
Salary: GBP18,137 p.a. + benefits
Operational hours: 8am-7pm Monday to Friday (No weekends)
Location - You will be required to initially work from home from the Sunderland area.
Location - You will be required to initially work from home (Glasgow/Liverpool/Sunderland).
We are looking at home working solutions for upcoming training groups as this project will initially work from home. To be considered for this role you must have:
* A Separate Working Area from Communal Areas
* Sufficient Broadband/Wi-Fi over 20mbps
* A mobile phone
* A desk/table where you can securely have your work computer

We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our new teams in our Glasgow, Bootle or Sunderland office to provide outbound and inbound call services to support the client's new technology platform.
What we need from you.
* Do you have 6 months continuous contact centre experience?
* Do you know what great customer service looks like, and aim to deliver the same service to all customers, even the demanding ones?
* Are you great at explaining things to people and have flawless written English?
* You delight in investigating awkward problems, getting to the root cause and fixing them
* Are you able to give the right instruction and directions clearly
* Are you friendly and positive, even when the skies are grey outside?
