Customer Service Advisor, Glasgow
Shift Patern: Fixed Shift, Monday to Friday between 8am-8pm, Saturday between 8am and 4pm
Based: Work From Home (temporarily), reverting to Glasgow City Centre offices in the future
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: GBP8.72 per hour, 40 Hr Contract - GBP18,137pa

CCA Recruitment have a large number of fantastic Customer Service Advisor roles within a large-scale and growing Contact Centre business with key operations in Glasgow City Centre. As part of a new team joining the business, you would deliver varied and challenging customer service on behalf of a household name client.

If you have a strong employment history in any customer facing industry, CCA would be keen to speak with you for start dates in September. We are particularly keen to speak with individuals with experience of any of the following:
Professional customer service in a corporate or contact centre environment OR
Good customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment
Good telephone manner To be considered for the role, you MUST have the following:
Essential Criteria
The ability to Work From Home (please not this is a temporary arrangement during COVID - roles will revert to Glasgow City Centre offices in the future)
Reliable internet connection
Home working space
Flexibility in commitment to shifts
Able to commence employment on the 28th September
No holiday commitments during the first 8 weeks
The position offers:
GBP8.72per hour (starting)
Long-term career opportunities
Ability to work from home currently
4 week training period
