Job Opportunity

• An opportunity has arisen to join one of our prestigious clients who are a Worldwide High Street and Logistics business rapidly expanding in the United Kingdom. Our client is based in Rugby with excellent transport links. As a Warehouse Operative you will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of exceptional service for our customer.

Hours of work and pay:

• Shifts- 06:00-14:00 or 07:00-15:00 Monday to Saturday (5 days our of 6 days - rota'd)

Pay:

18 years old - 21 years old: GBP7.60 per hour (Overtime - GBP11.40 per hour)

21 years old - 24 years old: GBP8.45 per hour (Overtime - GBP8.45 per hour)

25 years and Over : GBP8.78 per hour (Overtime - GBP13.17 per hour)

Recruitment Process

• Digital for speed and efficiency

Candidate requirements:

• Previous employment within the warehousing industry?is preferred but not essential
• Experience using RFT hand scanners, training can also be provided.
• Excellent communication would be required on site.
• Taking delivery of goods and storing them, quality checking for damaged or missing items.
• Rotating stock within the warehouse either by hand or by using pump-trucks.
• Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed.
• General housekeeping in line with the companies 'Clean as you go' policy
• Display positive personal attributes by being able to work off own initiative and as part of a team.?
• Attention to detail and accuracy are key to the smooth running of the entire operation and so you must have the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.?
• A positive working attitude and the capability to take instruction well from team leaders and management.?
