As an Assistant Branch Manager, we would expect you to; be able to pick up client relationships, finalise and agree Lettings deals whilst also generating new business opportunities

What's on offer to you

On Target Earning of GBP45,000 - GBP50,000, a combination of your basic salary, a start up bonus (for your first 2 months) and our uncapped commission scheme based on:

  • Contents and Landlords insurance
  • Rental agreement - 12% Occupied fees and 6% Let only fee
  • Market appraisal - 2.5%
  • % of Branch bankings

The finer details

We are currently conducting some interviews using video software. To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:

  1. Full UK Driving Licence
  2. Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
  3. We'll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of:
  • Passport/Birth Certificate

We will also need

  1. Proof of Address
  2. National Insurance
  3. Drivers Licence Check
