Recruitment Consultants
We are currently looking to hire experienced agency Recruiters who have either recruited across IT disciplines, Corporate Functions or Construction Blue Collar recruitment. We have been developing our client base and have a wide selection of clients from FTSE 250's to scaling Fintech's.
Ibex Recruitment was founded by an ex agency Sales Manager and seasoned Senior In House Recruitment Manager who was looking to get back to his roots. The business has grown from a standing start and month on month we have been hitting our company targets and have grown our client base significantly.
We are looking hire 2 to 3 consultants between now and the end of 2020 with a view to hit Circa 12 - 15 consultants by end of 2021.
Profile:
At least 2 years' experience
Strong BD or 360 experience or Recruiters that have come from a strong delivery / resourcing background
Ability to self-motivate
Billed over GBP100k in a 12 month period
Driven by targets and hitting goals
Sell in a consultative manner
Strong communication skills
Contract or Permanent Recruitment background
BD is not essential for all candidates and the Directors are hands on at winning new clients.
Along with a base salary comes a highly competitive commission structure.
