Salary: £20,180 - £22,422 per annum

Our client is the largest independent housing association in the Borough of Broxbourne, providing more than 4,600 homes across Hertfordshire and Essex. Their mission is to build and manage affordable homes - for social rent, private rent and shared ownership – helping to tackle the housing crisis in Broxbourne.


As a first point of contact for their valued Customers, you’ll provide an effective and welcoming service by phone, email and other media. Support the Property Team and others by efficiently addressing the needs of customers seeking help with responsive repair, cyclical works, planned projects and other property related matters.


With previous experience working in a customer service, Ideally within a call centre or contact centre environment. You’ll have excellent communication skills, good IT and organisational skills.
