GBP8.72 per hour
Immediate start - week commencing 28th September 2020
Are you looking for your next step of employment and can start immediately?
Do you have previous Customer Service experience either face to face or within a contact centre?
An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a growing organisation based in Leeds, LS15.
Main Duties
Working across several platforms - including email, live chats, responding to incoming calls from new and existing patients.
Updating patients records and call logs on the central database system.
Key Skills
The ability to multitask and prioritise activities to hit company goals.
Proven background of quality focus and achieving KPI targets.
Proficient at using a computer and has excellent keyboard skills.
Excellent work ethic and willingness to be flexible when needed.
You'll be working as part of a team within customer care, as well as key stakeholders across the business to resolve any patient queries through to resolution.
