This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Client's IT Service Delivery Team and become a key member of the management team, building on your excellent team leadership and management skills in an IT environment.

The role

As Service Operations Team Leader your primary role will be to Lead the IT Access Management Team and ensure that Service is delivered to industry best practice and contractual Service Level Agreements.

You will support the IT Service Operations Manager in delivering a clear operational strategy and continual service improvement whilst contributing towards the design and delivery of the overall IT Service Management Strategy.

• IT literate
• Experience of working as a manager/team leader
