Your Future Role???
This is a permanent opportunity where you will be reporting into the No.1 on site but will be the lead Finishing Manager on the scheme with two assistant Finishing Managers reporting in to you. The project is a GBP50m RC frame accommodation scheme which is half way through construction expected to end in July 2021.
Your Future Company???
A successful contractor turning over GBP200m with work in London and surrounding areas. Specialising in a mixture of new build residential and hotel projects between GBP5m-GBP80m. They have had steady growth in their London office with over 20 live projects and another 4 starting later this year. They have not made redundancies since recent events and are successfully tendering for work which reflects the strength and stability of the business.
About You???
-You will come from a Main Contractor background and you must have RC frame new build experience on a medium to large sized scheme. Preferably from a joinery background with extensive experience on delivering the final phase of projects.
