A flexible Food Night Production Line Assistant covering NIGHT shifts is required for Hunters' food production specialist client. Working within the FMCG / Food Manufacturing Industry is interesting and very fast paced. You will grow your food manufacturing knowledge in a family run business.

Producing various food items. Ensuring a high standard of hygienic cleanliness at all times including washing up and rubbish removal.
Monitor ingredients and packaging stocks and ensure kitchen equipment is maintained for use.
Ensure appropriate records are kept for ingredients and samples coming through the kitchen for future reference.
Support and co-operate with other members of the team to facilitate the smooth running and continuous improvement of the department.
Request and receive appropriate training and keep knowledge up to date
Follow safe ways of working & site procedures, reporting near misses & any accidents or incidents when they occur
