Lead Commercial Gas Engineer / Technical Support Engineer .
We currently have a vacancy for a Service Support Engineer (Gas Safe registered) to be based near Nottingham. Although you will only be required to attend these offices once or twice a week.
The successful candidate will work closely with both the Technical Product Manager and the Head of Service and other key technical personnel, to provide office-based and on-site technical support, to facilitate the correct installation, commissioning, servicing and trouble-shooting of their range of heating and hot water products.
An extensive knowledge of commercial hot water boilers and hot water generating equipment is required, as well as an ability to resolve site related issues and represent our client at site meetings with their key clients as requested.
In addition a knowledge of combined heat and power units and heat pumps will be advantageous.
A flexible approach to the role is required including a willingness to travel around the UK for part of each working week.
Our client is a major supplier to the H & V industry and have equipment installed in many prestigious buildings around the UK
A Company vehicle is provided and salary of up to GBP40,000.
