Description
Reporting to a HR Manager, this is a varied and generalist HR Officer role supporting with the following areas:
Supporting with employee relations casework for a busy manufacturing site
Support with recruitment
Build relationships with stakeholders to implement HR policies and procedures
Monitor and manage absence levels
Maintain and update employee personnel files
Management of HR data, KPIs and reports
Ensure HR administration duties are updated Profile
Ideal candidates will have a proven background in a similar role.
Ideally you will hold (or be studying) CIPD
