Here at Hamilton Barnes we are a Recruitment Consultancy that focuses on recruiting Networking & Fibre specialists in the UK and Europe. We are currently recruiting Senior FTTP Surveyor's to join a leading Multi Utilities Contractor in Hemel Hempstead

Role
* As a Senior FTTP Surveyor you will be responsible for a team of FTTP Surveyors. Surveying and producing planning design packs. These will be containing information of the civils and cabling infrastructure
Responsibilities
* Supporting senior management of the full overseeing of a team of FTTP Surveyors
* The training and development and coaching of a team of surveyors
* Providing directions and set goals for other members of the team
* Setting timelines and delegating tasks
* Overseeing day to day operations
* Auditing and quality checking the progress and outcome of jobs
Experience / Requirements
* Experience in FTTP Architecture
* Openreach background or experience working on the network
* Previous experience working with GIS, ArcPro, Orion
* Background within Fibre planning & surveying
* Openreach accreditations would be desirable
* Valid Accreditation, Signing, Lighting and Guarding
* Ability to use a smartphone, a tablet or a laptop with a Geographical Information System (GIS).
Salary / Benefits
* Salary is up to GBP40,000 per annum
* 24 days holidays + 9 Public Holidays
