BMS Project Sales Engineer - Midlands
GBP50-GBP55,000 basic plus package

The Role
* They are looking for someone that has previously worked in the building services environment, who understands heating and ventilation and building management systems.
* You will have sales experience or be looking to move into a sales role; and you will likely have a technical background or qualification.
* With the back-up of our expert design and estimating support team, the successful candidate will maximise our very large contract base and a well-known brand to generate new business opportunities.
* You'll be working for one of the largest BMS companies in the market, with strong manufacturer relationships and support.
* You will help our customers and professional design teams to select the right products to deliver the buildings they require.
* You'll be working alongside a team with a winning mentality and determination to succeed which will help you achieve your targets.
Experience
* Possess excellent stakeholder management skills and be comfortable presenting your ideas and solutions to a wider and varied market.
* Have strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial approach, unafraid to ask the right questions to help deliver excellent results.
* Have a consultative approach and have a thorough understanding of new products to provide our customers with innovative solutions.
* We're looking for professionals who can really make a difference to our business with previous demonstrable examples of your past and current projects.
Must Haves
* Heating and ventilation for building management systems
* Technical background.
