We are hiring for a Pricing & Commercial Analyst to join our busy Finance team.
Reporting to the Senior Pricing & Commercial Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining the product lifecycle, from proposal to maturity, through detailed analysis and reporting. In addition to this you will also provide financial support and analysis to business cases and key strategic projects.
The salary range for this role is GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 per annum (depending on experience).
What you'll do in the role:
* Maintain lifecycle profitability models to provide financial evaluation by channel, tier & asset class, updating & calculating key drivers as relevant.
* Production of month end unit profitability pack, highlighting key trends & risks to Finance Director & Executive team
* Financial evaluation of new pricing & product proposals
* Provide financial analysis and recommendations for key business cases and strategic projects, e.g. score card implementation & retention strategies, considering potential impacts on customer, volume & profitability
* Carry out appropriate user testing of agreed pricing/project changes
* Carry out post implementation reviews for pricing/project changes, investigating key variances & reporting to the relevant manager to ensure that remedial action is taken
* Identify and monitor emerging issues and trends communicating effectively with the affected managers
* Adhere to FCA guidelines
