We are searching for an experienced, confident and talented Business Development Sales Executive, preferably with knowledge of the Construction industry to join our friendly and successful team. The package on offer encompasses a generous basic salary >22k plus an uncapped commission structure and exciting monthly, as well as quarterly incentives. You will be based at our Plymouth Head Office, working Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm with no expectation to work out of hours, work life balance is very important to us!
Role Responsibilities
* Undertaking outbound calls and taking inbound calls from existing customers
* Timely and regular contact with existing clients
* Convert new business opportunities through active prospecting
* Pipeline update and management
* Maintain accounts on the database and keep customer information updated
* Contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long term success
Skills Required
* Excellent people management skills
* Great listening and communications skills via phone, live chat, email and in person
* 2+ years' experience in an account management or sales position preferably within the Construction sector
* Experience in managing new business opportunities
* Ability to monitor and report regularly on results and be able to review data
