ABC Teachers, part of TES, are seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a excellent Special Educational Needs school we work closely with in Lichfield, starting as soon as possible.
About the role:
Supporting students with a wide range of moderate to complex additional needs such as: Autistic Spectrum Disorder and more complex physical difficulties.
Full time role, starting as soon as possible on an ongoing basis
Working 1:1 and in small groups with students, providing support to the class teacher
About the school:
The school caters for secondary aged students on one site with excellent facilities and resources.
You will be surrounded by a positive and supportive staff team, where the needs of the child always come first
About you:
Able to quickly build a strong rapport with both students and staff
Team player with great communication skills
Have previous experience working with children and young people with Special Education Needs and Disabilities which we can reference
Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check
