Reporting into the Site Operations Manager, this role would suit a Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Shift Manager, Warehouse Team Manager or Warehouse Operations Manager with experience of managing automated and/or eCommerce operations.
Shift Patterns Available:
4 on - 4 off Days & Nights (Rotating Weekly)
Late Shifts (5 from 7 basis)
THE ROLE:
Direct Management responsibility of a team of over 90 people within an Automated Distribution Centre.
Engagement, Coaching and Mentoring of your team.
Suggesting & Leading CI within your operation.
Health & Safety.
Inventory Control and Process Improvements.

THE PERSON:
Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Shift Manager, Warehouse Team Manager or Warehouse Operations Manager with a strong people engaging style.
Able to work shifts and have some flexibility as per business requirements.
Automated warehouse experience - HIGHLY DESIRABLE
eCommerce distribution experience - DESIRABLE
WMS experience with systems such as JDA or Manhattan - DESIRABLE
In-house/Retail Distribution experience within FMCG environments - DESIRABLE
Overall management responsibility for at least 70 heads or more.
Front-foot & hands-on leadership style.
Strives for operational excellence and sets your teams high standards.
Engaging and coaching style.
Able and willing to progress your career.
