Location: Wantage
Salary: GBP17,000-GBP30,000 per annum
Established over 16 years, our group of 22 'cutting only' Hairdressing Salons operate a very successful, and popular Appointment and Walk in system for Ladies and Gents. Your role as a Stylist will be to satisfy the many clients we have coming through our door, building your clientele by rebooking your clients, and working within the team to enhance your reputation as an expert in Cutting hair. Known over the years as a walk-in only salon, you will benefit from our new focus and direction in becoming (permanently) an appointment based salon with an increased price list, and the ability to manage our way through the Covid situation. You will typically serve about 50% Ladies and 50% Men.
We offer our Hair Stylists
A guaranteed income. Fully Employed with salary plus commission.
Typically earn at least 40% of what you put in the till - Employed.
A Covid safe environment as per all Government regulations.
All Hair Stylists receive 10% Retail Commission.
6 weeks paid holiday per year, and pension.
Sociable hours. Never work later than 6.
Guaranteed clients from day one.
A busy environment, with a friendly team of Hair Stylists.
Ongoing training & Support from our Hairdressing management team.
Personal Hairdressing development at our own training academy.
A career with future opportunities to manage one of our 22 Hairdressing Salons.
Great location at Kings Park, by Sainsbury's.
Easy Parking.
Hair Stylist Requirements:
Minimum NVQ 2 or equivalent with Hairdressing Salon experience
To excel in the art of Cutting hair.
Full time preferred but not always essential
