Customer Communications & Marketing Specialist
Location: Birmingham, Bath Row, B15 1LZ
Salary: GBP31,000 to GBP35,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
The Role
What to expect? As our Customer Communications & Marketing Specialist, you'll join us at a really exciting time as we further seek to secure our position as a market leading organisation, providing products and services that significantly impact the quality of our customers' lives.
We're looking for someone to take a proactive approach to our customer communications and help redefine our priorities - ensuring current and potential customers receive high quality communications and marketing content. Reporting to our Head of Customer Communications & Marketing, you'll manage our key customer communication channels and take ownership for producing high-quality, engaging content. You'll support the team to embed our corporate tone of voice and act as a brand ambassador across key projects and services.
You'll be responsible for delivering a 'new-look' brand for one of our key services and maximising their marketing and sales potential. Your day to day role will also involve using your expertise to support our business to realise the impact of each customer communication, across all platforms.
Our ideal candidate? You'll come equipped with experience of successfully delivering customer communications and product marketing, understanding the audience and positioning the messages to deliver. Key to your success will be your proven ability to advise and influence a range of stakeholders and turning a brief into effective communication and marketing campaigns that utilise the full range of channels available. You'll bring creativity, be willing to take a fresh approach and have an awareness of current trends.
