Property Litigation Solicitor
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join an award-winning firm based in Barry.
You will be working directly alongside Partner level colleagues in a very well established department and assisting with the management of a range of Litigation matters but specialising more specifically in the field of Property Litigation.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years PQE and have a broad knowledge of all aspects of property litigation including; Boundary Disputes, Leasehold Enfranchisement, Landlord and Tenant disputes, Lease Interpretation and advising on break clauses. Previous supervisory experience is advantageous as you will be supporting junior members of the department.
