Gilbert Meher is currently on the lookout for a talented PHP Development professional to dive into the ongoing projects they have designing and developing new features for their in house product suite. The role will give a candidate the chance to join a growing business where they develop their career along with the business and have access to resources to supplement their professional development.
Due to the pandemic this role is currently operating 100% remotely and will remain with flexibility in this regard long term, although applications should be with in a commutable distance to the office up to twice a month.
The ideal candidate will have both the experience working with in OOP PHP and relevant MVC frameworks as well as the ambition and desire to contribute to projects and develop their career within the company. This role would suit someone with commercial experience looking for a platform to kick-start further development in their career. Given the greenfield nature of some of the feature development there is plenty of opportunity for input from all levels on the design of the solution and the technologies used.
To be considered:
* Demonstrable experience of OOP PHP
* Demonstrable experience with relevant MVC frameworks (Preferably Laravel/Angular)
* HTML, CSS, JavaScript
* Linux/Windows OS
* Any knowledge of AWS is desirable but not essential
