Randstad CPE are currently looking to recruit a Fabric Manintenance Operative for a large commercial site in Nottingham. This is a short term contract role for 5 days holiday cover starting on 10th October 2020.
The role will involved carrying out operation and trouble shooting on the building for the following:
Building fabric and cosmetics
First call response for leaks, blockages.
Plumbing tasks e.g. tap repairs or replacements
Joinery tasks e.g. door repairs or installing new locks
Routine tests, checks and record keeping for various building systems e.g. fire doors and equipment, accessible toilet alarms etc
