Quantity Surveyor

Imperial Professionals is delighted to announce that we are working exclusively with one of our high-profile clients to appoint a permanent Quantity Surveyor.

Working from their Nottingham HQ you will be office based supporting with contractual and legal documents.

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Salary: Up to GBP45,000 depending upon experience
Hours: Full time working Monday to Friday
Location: Nottingham

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Bookings - (correct documents/information, programme of works, credit check, company T&C's vs customer T&C's, confirmation from Operations that job can be booked)

• Review, negotiate and agree T&C's

• Review, negotiate and agree Collateral Warranties

• Issue notices, delay notices, late payment, suspension of works, suspension of warranty

• Address site issues, claims and disputes

• Review and agree Final Accounts

• Chase Debt

• Desk based quotes

• Change orders and Variation requests - issue formal Variation quotations and chase formal counter signed copy from Customer

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you will have:

* A minimum of 3 years experience in a Quantity Surveying or Estimating capacity

* A minimum of an HNC in a relevant field

* Strong legal and contracts experience

* Open on type of projects as training on the client's niche products and services

* Professional, motivated and hungry to forge a career in a global leading company

* Confident with all Microsoft packages
