Do you enjoy supporting and developing pupils with challenging behaviour as a Primary TA?
Are you looking for an opportunity to work in a Primary school, within a multi diverse community as a Primary TA??
This lovely Primary school, located in Slough with easily accessible public transport links, are seeking a confident and motivated Primary TA to support pupils across all year groups. Senior leaders, staff and governors have built a highly successful school by focusing squarely on pupils' academic and personal development.
We are looking for Primary TA to cover day to day, short term and long-term placements supporting pupils with their education. For this post, you must be an assertive and caring Primary TA, who has previous experience working with challenging behaviour either in a volunteer or paid role.
The ideal Primary TA should have the following:
A minimum of 6 months' experience in an educational establishment as a Primary TA
Ideally suited to a confident, dedicated and hardworking individual
Previous support work within a school or other child related experience
Strong behaviour management
Enthusiastic, positive and friendly approach
All our supply staff are paid on a PAYE basis, so you can rest assured that you're paying the right level of Tax and National Insurance and there's no messing around with admin charges coming out of your hard-earned cash.
