Wills & Probate (Solicitor / ILEX)

Experienced Private Client Solicitor, CILX or Fee Earner required. You will be dealing with Private Client work including drafting wills, LPAs, hanlding probate & estate matters, elderley client work and advising on IHT & CGT matters. Candidates will require a minium of 5yrs Private Client experience working for a private practice law firm. Any experience with Trusts is an advantage.
