We are actively looking for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to come and take control of large portfolio of clients we have. You will be dedicated to a key geographical location, maximizing output on all sites both operationally & strategically.
The purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient, compliant and competent delivery of the services offered by the company for a defined portfolio of customers. You will need to work a range of diverse hours to meet all clients SLA's & needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering within the strategic customer agreement all services required
* Lead, motivate and provide direction to the supervisors and security officer staff within your area of control.
* Maintain a healthy, safe and secure environment
* Ensure effective recruitment, training and development of frontline staff
* Ensure all services are delivered in a commercially responsible way
Personal Specification:
* Commercial and financial awareness in a client environment
* Experience at interfacing at all levels throughout an organisation
* PC literate - understanding of how to use the technology as a tool
* Communication and presentation skills of high level
* Good team player and Manager
