Our Client, a large Financial administration Company are looking to recruit 20 candidates on a temporary basis to join their team due to increased workload.

This role is working remotely so all training will be done virtually.

Role - Customer Service Advisor
Shifts - Monday to Friday between 8:30am-5:45pm, 37.5 hours a week
Contract - 1 month temp initially but likely until the end of the year, weekly pay
Pay rate - GBP8.72/hour
Start date - 19th October

Commitment to qualityWhat's involved in the role?

The Customer Service Representative role is all about managing inbound customer enquiries, with a focus on quality. Reporting to a Team Leader, you will utilise a range of in-house IT systems to provide a class-leading service to our customers and ensure we maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

You'll join our Call Centre Team, dealing with a diversity of enquiries. Following a comprehensive training program, you will initially specialise in one of our core business lines, but over time you will develop your product knowledge through our structured training programme, building a suite of skills across a wide range of services.

This is a very dynamic area of the business, and no two days are quite the same. Providing services on behalf of several hundred clients, you will always have plenty of interesting and rewarding challenges to keep you on your toes.

You will receive comprehensive induction training when you join the business. The role is full-time (37.5 working hours per week), Monday to Friday. Normal business hours are 08:30 and 17.45, and you will be scheduled to work daily 7.5 hour shifts between these times.
