Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

Gloucester based firm require an experienced, enthusiastic Conveyancer to handle a large caseload of Residential Property matters.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years PQE, they will have experience of dealing with a variety of Property matters. They will be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer.

You will be required to handle 100+ domestic transactions i.e. sales and purchase, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.

The firm do offer full secretarial support

This is a full time position but they would be prepared to consider part time if required.
