Project Co-Ordinator
Our client is a leading Telecoms business offering a range of services to business clients across the UK. They are a growing business providing exceptional customer services allowing them to have an excellent retention rate and continued growth. This role sits within Operations team. You will be responsible for the customer journey from receiving the order from the Sales team through to order completion.
* Managing a project from point of sale through to order completion
* Liaise with customer throughout order and manage customer expectations
* Dealing with suppliers, ordering hardware/equipment/subscriptions/provisioning.
* Proactively dealing with incoming projects / customer emails & phone calls
* Co-ordinate engineers for phone systems installations.
* Providing excellent customer service and developing standard operating
* processes
* Creating Purchase orders / signing off purchase invoices
* Working closely with the service/support desk to ensure that the highest level of customer service are adhered to
* Customer feedback / questionnaires.
* Checks and reporting of project values before completion/invoicing
* Stock replenishment
You will have some knowledge of Telecoms or Tech sector, excellent project co-ordination experience and be customer focused.
You will thrive in a busy environment and be able to multitask effectively.
Salary GBP21k
Working hours.
Monday - Friday 09:00- 17:30
