- An experienced engineer who has solid experience in getting his/her hands dirty delivering projects
- Experience in building and deploying robust Servers
- Someone who develops software as a lifestyle- brushes their teeth with code

- Happy to communicate an issue, idea, improvement to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
- Confident and passionate in communicating new ideas to both technical and non-technical members of the team.
- Balance pace of output against quality of product
- Team player
- Building scalable web applications with PHP/Laravel
- Skills with HTML5, CSS3 & Javascript frameworks (ideally Vue.js) - Nice to Have but not essential.
- Design, build and maintenance of RESTful APIs
- Relational databases (ideally Postgres)
- Familiar with Real Time technologies (ideally)
- Ability to work with 3rd party API's
- DevOps (ideally Azure, Docker, AWS)
- A passion for Unit, integration and end-to-end tests
- Excellent communication, both written and oral.
- Comfortable in a small fast-paced environment
Nice to have experience
- Building and scaling SaaS applications.
- Cloud infrastructure, ideally Azure, AWS & Docker
- Natural language processing
- Certified Ethical Hacker
- Badass problem solver
