We are currently recruiting for a newly created role/department for 2x Portal Account Administrators for our client based in Macclesfield. They are a nationally recognised business who want to be the employer of choice, who care about the quality rather than quantity with a flexible approach to work-life balance. They have recently restructured and from that, a new department has been created to support their clients in every way possible.

The Role:

You will be supporting and managing your own portfolio of clients (B2B) ensuring their details are in line with work management systems, processing jobs from start to finish, dealing with any contract updates, raising invoices and dealing with any issues pertaining to those invoices.

With technology these days, everything is tracked on each client's personalised portal, so you will need to be constantly reviewing, flagging, and reacting to any potential issues that may arise and be efficient in providing solutions in a timely matter. You will be working to and driving company SLA's and KPI'S and running reports for management and clients across everything operationally and financially.
So, we are looking for someone who is used to working at pace, resolution focused, and who has proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service!
