Monday to Friday - 35 hour week - 9am-5pm
32 days annual leave (including bank holidays) plus 1 additional carrot day if no sickness in a year

This Customer Service Advisor role would suit someone who has previous customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre / call centre / high volume inbound call environment or within an office where being on the phone for part of the day is a regular occurrence and is looking for their next career move within a highly successful company who offer an excellent benefits package and friendly work environment.

The duties for this Customer Service Advisor role will include but not be limited to:

Answering a high volume of inbound calls on a daily basis
Liaising with both new and existing customers
Setting up accounts and taking customer payments (one offs and setting up direct debits)
Responding to customer emails
Updating the in-house CRM
Providing ad hoc admin supportThe closing date for this role is 4th October.
