Customer Service Team Leader (Responsive Repairs Planning / Scheduling)

Salary GBP21,626 - GBP32,000 pa

Our client provide homes and services to over 16,000 people across Greater Manchester and have big plans to build more over the next five year. Keeping on top of repairs and maintenance is key to this and they are looking for someone to help them do this.

They need someone who can lead the planner function, who will take pride in delivering a brilliant service to their customers. Someone who will take responsibility for overseeing daily planning across all areas and teams and be able to drop in and assist scheduling for the Gas Team and the Responsive Repairs Team.

But it's not just about scheduling for pre and post inspections, they're looking for someone that has experience delivering a Planner function within a responsive repairs environment. It would be advantageous to have experience in Social Housing but not essential.
