Telecoms Programme Validator, Basildon

(3 month contract)

Are you looking for an exciting new challenge? We are currently recruiting for an experienced Programme Support Administrator to join our team. We would love to hear from you if you have previous experience in a depot environment preferably on telecoms or utility work.

You'll be working in a part of telent that is dedicated to transforming the way support is delivered nationwide to Openreach and other external network provider. You'll receive formal training. - and on-the-job training where appropriate - to ensure you're up-skilled as technology develops along with E-learning schemes to help or refresh skills on-line

Role Profile:

Reporting to the Programme Office Manager, you will have responsibility for ensuring that all admin activities are undertaken in line with the timetables provided. This will involve maintaining records of in-progress work and completed work using various spreadsheet trackers.

Responsibilities:

Developing, implementing and updating resource allocations plans needed for projects and/or programmes, taking account of availabilities, fluidity and scheduling
To prioritise and support work orders, through liaison with subcontractors and third parties
You will ensure full compliance with local authority and statutory provisions for the administration of Street works legislation.
Co-ordinate the production of all reports and produce programme summary reports

Skills:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills.
A good understanding of Microsoft Office packages.
A team player with the ability to work on their own initiative.
