Bright Selection Ltd are delighted to be working exclusively with a key client who due to continued growth, and restructure, are seeking to appoint a HR Manager to join their head office team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an emerging luxury care provider at a key stage in their development.
Responsibilities:
The post holder will develop and implement HR Strategy and work with the SMT to promote an organisational culture of teamwork, service, high quality, transparency, accountability, innovation and inclusiveness. They will be responsible for all aspects of the HR function, playing a key role in building the success of the organisation through the development and implementation of sound HR policy, setting up of efficient HR systems and processes.
Requirement:
Substantial experience in a generalist human resource management role and/or as an HR business partner role, including experience in the development of HR strategy, HR policy development, recruitment, performance management and appraisals, learning and development, compensation and benefits, recruitment, payroll, staff engagement and exit processes.
Knowledge and experience gained in the health and social care sector.
Remuneration
Salary offered at up to GBP60,000 plus benefits. Negotiable depending on experience.
