If you enjoy working in a busy, vibrant contact centre environment and thrive on providing excellent service to customers, then join our clients customer experience team! They’re looking for enthusiastic team-players who are confident communicators and can ‘keep their cool’ when dealing with challenging calls or emails.

They have full time, permanent vacancies for customer experience advisors based in Basingstoke! The 37 hours are to be worked between 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday. There’s flexibility to work remotely and from their modern Basingstoke office.

As a customer experience advisor, you’ll be the first person their customers chat with when they have an enquiry. This could be by phone, email, text or social media. You’ll provide a friendly, efficient and helpful first-class customer service, aiming to deal with enquiries ‘right first time’. You’ll work with other teams across the business to gain good knowledge of housing management and repairs. You’ll embrace their ‘working as one team’ spirit to share your knowledge with other team members, supporting them to learn new and useful information. You’ll also further develop your skills in meeting the needs of their most vulnerable customers.

You’ll have experience in a customer focused role, preferably within a contact centre environment. You’ll have a genuine passion for helping people, with the ability to diffuse challenging situations whilst always remaining professional. Due to the fast-paced environment, you’ll need to have excellent time keeping and resilience. Your communication skills will be outstanding. You’ll be a ‘champion’ of customer service across the business!

As part of their hiring process, you may be contacted to record some video responses to some pre-set questions. If you’re successful after this stage, they’ll invite you to the next stage of the hiring process. You'll be provided with the details of this if you’re successful.

They’re committed to diversity and inclusion. And want people from all walks of life to apply for their vacancies. They’re a disability confident employer with disabled-friendly offices. And we’ll make reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process to help you.
