Our client are recruiting for a Complaints Admin Assistant to join their Customer Complaints and Feedback team to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the department and the successful delivery of a customer focused complaints service.

Role responsibilities will include…

Providing a responsive and highly supportive administrative service     

Supporting the day-to-day management of the customer complaint and feedback process     

Ensuring all customer feedback is accurately recorded     

Delivering customer service of the highest standard at all times, being respectful of vulnerabilities and differences between customers

What are our client looking for?

Customer service experience, both face-to-face and over the telephone

High level of IT literacy

Proven ability to accurately input data consistently and efficiently

Excellent communication and listening skills

This role will be subject to a Basic DBS check.
